PRIVACY PROTOCOLS

Codevelly Studio is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the digital footprint generated when users interface with this digital ecosystem or engage with available services.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTION

  • Voluntary Data: Upon initiation of a "Transmission" or "Order," Codevelly collects personal identifiers such as Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Project Specifications.
  • System Data: Non-identifiable telemetry data, including browser type, device specifications, and interaction logs, is automatically collected to optimize system performance.

2. INFRASTRUCTURE & PROCESSING

Data is processed using industry-standard cloud infrastructure providers. Use of these services constitutes acknowledgement that data may be stored on servers secured by these third-party providers.

Data is utilized strictly to:

  • Process and calculate service estimates.
  • Establish secure communication channels.
  • Deliver requested digital assets (Video, Code, 3D Models).

3. SECURITY PROTOCOLS

Enterprise-Grade Security measures are implemented to ensure data integrity.

  • Encryption: Data in transit and at rest is protected via industry-standard encryption protocols.
  • Access Control: Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel and verified collaborators necessary for project execution.

4. DATA SHARING & PARTNERS

Codevelly operates as a collaborative studio. Project-specific data may be shared with trusted sub-contractors or partners solely for the purpose of completing orders. Personal identity is never sold, rented, or traded to data brokers or advertisers.

5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER

Codevelly Studio operates out of India. For users accessing systems from the European Union (EU), United States, or other regions, data may be transferred to and processed in India or global server locations utilized by cloud infrastructure providers. Use of these services constitutes consent to this transfer.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Full sovereignty over data is retained by the user. Requests may be made for:

  • An export of data held by Codevelly.
  • Correction of inaccurate records.
  • Permanent deletion of data (subject to legal retention requirements).

7. GOVERNING LAW

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from data privacy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
